湿烤定型:用热风枪对膜片弧度进行加温,刮板配合热风枪漫漫对弧度做出挤压,由内到外把弧度挤压定型。定型过程中遇弧度较大时,可把一个大弧度分成多个小弧度逐一加温定型。在挤压定型过程中因膜片收缩不足很容易产出打折,应控制好刮板挤压距离,根据膜片收缩程度慢慢挤压平整。边部位置需收缩充分后再挤压。

干烤定型:用热风枪对整张膜片各个位置进行加温,由中间往四边左边移动进行加温,一直把膜片上明显的弧度收缩到与玻璃的弧度一致为标准。再把膜片卷起在玻璃外侧喷上安装液,固定膜片按湿烤步骤把膜片刮平、在膜片加温过程中由于膜片收缩不足或收缩过大容易使膜片粘贴过程中造成施工困难,应根据热风枪温度膜片特性与玻璃弧度大小适量的加温使膜片均匀收缩。

干湿结合定型:用热风枪对整张膜片各个位置进行加温,由中间往四边左右移动进行加温,刮板配合热风枪漫漫对加温处进行挤压,挤压过程中应把固定膜片的安装液刮到挤压到的部位以便定型。

拉抻定型:用手把膜片多余出部分向边上拉平拉直,用热风枪在拉直位置进行加温,使膜片自行左右收缩玻璃形状。在加温收缩过程中,膜片很容易因温度过高形成收缩过大或烧焦,应该控制热风枪温度与膜片间的距离,观察膜片的收缩变化。

In the process of heating shrinkage, the diaphragm is easy to shrink too much or scorch due to too high temperature.
