1. Data acquisition

施工前，确认待施工车辆数据。包括车辆正面(含前保)、侧面(含侧裙)、尾部(含后保)、及车辆铭牌信息(车辆铭牌在主驾驶门边，少部分车型在引擎舱内)。照片清晰且完全显示车辆灯位，雷达、喷水嘴、拖车盖、前叶子板上反光灯等细节部位。比对专车专用原厂数据，获取该车辆准确无误的数据信息。

Before construction, confirm the data of vehicles to be constructed. It includes the front (including front protection), side (including side skirt), tail (including rear protection), and vehicle name plate information (the vehicle name plate is beside the main driving door, and a small number of models are in the engine compartment). The photos clearly and completely show the vehicle lamp position, radar, nozzle, trailer cover, reflector on the front leaf plate and other details. Compared with the original data of the special vehicle, the accurate data information of the vehicle can be obtained.

2.车辆预检

洗净车辆后，更具验车单对施工车辆漆面进行的预检，更具施工前实际车况记录。完毕后待车主确认无误后方可施工。

After washing the vehicles, the vehicle inspection sheet is provided to carry out comprehensive pre inspection on the paint surface of construction vehicles, and the actual vehicle condition record before construction. After completion, the construction can be carried out after the vehicle owner confirms that there is no error.

3.施工准备

工具准备：隐形车衣专用刮板、无尘布、专用喷水壶、及施工场地环境(水源，灯光均需到达施工标准)。不建议通风环境下施工。恒温恒湿环境。(温度20-25度。高温下加剧水分蒸发，低温会使膜面硬化，皆增加施工难度。

Preparation of professional tools: special scraper for invisible vehicle clothing, dust-free cloth, special water spray pot, and construction site environment (water source and lighting shall meet the construction standard). Construction in ventilated environment is not recommended. Constant temperature and humidity environment is the best. (the best temperature is 20-25 ℃. The water evaporation is intensified under high temperature, and the membrane surface is hardened at low temperature, which increases the construction difficulty.

4.漆面预处理

4. Paint pretreatment

施工前，再对已经洗净的车辆进行进一步的清洁，主要为漆面氧化层，车辆胶条，边缝等边缘部位，洗净后需用无尘布擦拭晾干。用洗车泥进行漆面深度清洗边清洗边用手进行抚摸漆面清洗到无沙粒感为止，由气枪吹钣金边缝位置直无灰尘砂砾出现。整车清洁是施工隐形车衣的基础步骤，也关重要。

Before the construction, the cleaned vehicles should be further cleaned, mainly including the oxidation layer on the paint surface, vehicle adhesive strips, edge joints and other edge parts. After cleaning, clean them with a dust-free cloth to dry. Use car wash mud to deeply clean the paint surface, while cleaning, touch the paint surface with hand until there is no sand. Finally, blow the edge seam of sheet metal with air gun until there is no dust and gravel. Vehicle cleaning is the basic step of invisible vehicle clothing construction, and it is also very important.

5.正式施工

5. Formal construction

施工前，分配确认好施工部位，进行配合施工。再对漆面进行查验，尤其引擎盖，后盖等平面部位。施工中面积较大的少3人配合，2人固定膜面，1人进行安装液喷涂。部位较小由1人或2人即可完成。注意施工细节。

Before construction, assign and confirm the construction parts and cooperate with the construction. Then check the paint surface, especially the engine cover, rear cover and other plane parts. During the construction, at least 3 persons shall cooperate with each other, 2 persons shall fix the membrane surface, and 1 person shall spray the installation liquid. It can be completed by one or two people. Pay attention to construction details.

6.施工刮水

6. Construction wiping

施工中排除多余安装液，确认膜面是否充分覆盖到膜每一块区域并确认好安装液是否均为喷洒，排除安装液时须紧盯刮完部位细节，若无法确认，考虑施工步骤是否规律规范 。完成后，用软质毛巾擦干膜表面，在水分没有蒸发前及时检查好安装是否合格。若有问题，及时调整。

During the construction, remove the excess installation fluid, confirm whether the membrane surface fully covers each area of the membrane, and confirm whether the installation fluid is sprayed. When removing the installation fluid, pay close attention to the details of the scraped part. If it is unable to confirm, consider whether the construction steps are regular and standard. After completion, dry the membrane surface with professional soft towel, and check whether the installation is qualified before the moisture evaporation. If there is any problem, adjust it in time.

7.收边

7. Edge closing

包边位置，需用酒精比对少量水，把多余的安装液冲净，加快水分蒸发，使背胶恢复原始粘度。字标等复杂切割区域，也需喷洒。更具实际环境温度在13小时内进行包边施工。若发现还有水在膜内，或无法进行包边，要重复酒精喷洒过程。安装完成后，对细节进行完整且多次检查。

At the edge binding position, alcohol should be used to compare a small amount of water to flush out the excess installation liquid, so as to accelerate the evaporation of water and restore the original viscosity of the back glue. The complex cutting areas such as word mark also need to be sprayed. More practical ambient temperature, in 1 to 3 hours for edge wrapping construction. If it is found that there is still water in the film or the edge cannot be covered, repeat the alcohol spraying process. After installation, check the details completely and repeatedly.

8.质检与交车

8. Quality inspection and delivery

施工完成后，将施工车辆停到光线较强处，由负责人进行详细检验。确认无误后交车。交车时，详细记录好客户信息，且需告知客户产品在使用过程当中的注意事项 。

After the construction is completed, stop the construction vehicle to the place with strong light, and the person in charge will carry out detailed inspection. The vehicle will be delivered after confirmation. When delivering the vehicle, record the customer information in detail and inform the customer of the precautions in the use of the product.

9.日常维护

9. Daily maintenance

使用隐形车衣专用清洗剂喷洒在膜面上浸泡10-15分钟后，配合纳米海绵搓洗即可(建议客户每半年清洗一次)。

Spray the special cleaning agent for invisible car clothes on the film surface and soak it for 10-15 minutes, then rub it with nano sponge (customers are advised to clean it every half a year).
